Colombia Alba Delgado *New*

Nariño coffees hail as amongst the finest Colombia has to offer. Here we have a single farm lot from Alba Delgado, a new name at Kuma. 

The castillo varietal is the up and coming species throughout the region for a couple reasons, first it is rust resistant and secondly because of how rich the flavor is. This is an elegant coffee, perfume like apricot, with a deep sweetness of praline and a touch of green grape acidity. 

We purchased a number of particularly small lots out of Colombia this season, we will be rolling through them now until June. Enjoy them!
