Honduras Duvis Moreno *New*

Honduras Season Begins, and we have some incredible lots this season:

Depth and clarity are big goals when selecting lots, here we have both. Duvis farms his coffee on a 2.8 hectare lot. After waiting to peak ripeness for cherry picking, this lot was fermented, fully washed four times to remove any floaters and dried on raised beds. Again sorted by hand for any defects, before bagging and exporting. 

Duvis also raises vegetables on his farm, he's the third generation of coffee growers and the prices we pay him allow to reinvest in his farm and community, keeping from having to borrow at high interest loans to pay for farm work in advance of harvest. And his coffee crop tastes incredible
