Depth and clarity are big goals when selecting lots, here we have both. After waiting to peak ripeness, this lot was fully washed and dried on raised beds.

Baking spices like cinnamon and clove come through in the aromatics. It has a coconut cream sweetness and mouthfeel, anchoring this coffee's pleasing fuji apple acidity. We have been blessed to get these gems from San Vicente mill, we hope you enjoy this one.
