Honduras Nelin Guzman


Story:                We are bringing in Nelin Guzman's entire production of coffee for a second year in a row. Thanks to the drying and milling work of Benjamin Paz of the San Vicente mill in Santa Barbara, we are able to offer extraordinary coffees like Nelin Guzman's. This coffee impresses us with its big body and satiny texture. The fruit in the cup reminds us of the cherry and lime syrups you'd put over shave ice.  The sweetness is condensed much like raw sugar is condensed to make panela. The coffee finishes with a botanical flavor much like aromatics released from a fine gin. We are head over heels for this cup and its complexity.
